I started writing EXERLEAN 5 years ago. If you know me well, you know I can get freaky shredded for a bodybuilding competition. People ask me for help, advice, “to train them,” “to design a diet for them,” to work out with them…I love to help people in their physique transformation journey. But there is one big problem… like you all, I’m strapped for time managing work, family, dad duties, continuing education, writing, and when I can…make it to the gym myself. So…I put everything I know about how to get in the best shape of your life down on paper. I put the science of getting super fricken shredded into layman’s terms. This book is not just a diet and exercise book…oh hell no! It is a fricken face slap…a real ass-kicker. Obesity is an epidemic…it is out of control. Nothing out there is working. I incorporated everything I have seen in over 17 years as an acute care Occupational Therapist in this book.
